1. Data we collect

What you type in the quote form: name, email, optional company and WhatsApp, and your project details. We do not ask for sensitive data or data about minors.

2. Why

To answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule a call if needed and, if we agree, manage the project. We never sell your data or send you marketing without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the site and form:

  • hosting: GitHub Pages;
  • form: Web3Forms;
  • email: Google Workspace;
  • fonts: Google Fonts.

Some are outside Colombia; by sending the form you authorize that transfer for these purposes only.

4. Retention

As long as needed to answer your request or run our business relationship, then only what the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Your rights

Access, update, correct or delete your data; withdraw consent; request proof of consent; and file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Write to info@jochiduarte.com.co. Requests are answered within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as Colombian law sets.

6. Security

HTTPS, restricted access to the inbox where requests arrive, and established providers.

7. Changes

Any new version will be posted on this page with its date.
